Yoga Teacher Training

We are very excited to offer our first 200 HR YTT. This program is designed to not only give you the skills to be a world class yoga teacher but to also transform you from the inside out. Whether you desire to be a yoga teacher or not we guarantee that you will not be the same person that started the program.

 

What makes this program different?

Rebel Yoga is a holistic practice that combines the ancient teachings of yoga along with current modalities to create a dynamic system that works on all layers of the physical and emotional bodies, where movement and stillness merge together as one, enabling us to live a life of radical aliveness.

The foundation of Rebel Yoga is built on Sattva Yoga. Sattva Yoga provides a comprehensive framework for teaching yoga in a fun and comprehensive way. It is built upon 7 waves which we will get into great detail later in the manual. As we learn additional practices from different sources throughout our journey they can easily be plugged into one of the 7 waves. In this way the practice is NOT static. It is always evolving as nature is always evolving. It keeps the practice dynamic, fresh and exciting for both the teachers and the practitioners.


Along with Sattva Yoga, Rebel Yoga incorporates Non-Dual Saiva Tantra, Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan), Power Yoga, Prana Flow, Foundation Training, Pilates and other modalities that tie into our Mission of total physical and emotional transformation to support the evolution of global consciousness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This training is a culmination of everything we've learned over the last 8+ years studying with different teachers and learning multiple modalities of healing. Lead trainer and Rebel Yoga founder Daniel Steiniger, is a Master Sattva Yoga teacher. He has spent a total of 12 months over the last 6 years learning directly from his teacher, founder of Sattva Yoga, Anand Mehrotra. Daniel has gone through the Sattva Yoga 300 Hour TT 3 times and the Master level training twice. In addition to completing the Sattva Yoga trainings he completed his 200 HOUR at Yoga District.
